The "Frente de Viver" (Front of Viver) project was born of interest in protecting, disseminating and knowledge the remains of the Civil War preserved in this city in the interior of Castellón. In this context, we propose a new route, mid-long distance, by a series of remains of both sides that will help us understand the stagnation of the war in this place, the transcendence of the battle for the historical future and various hardships which faced men who fought there, through the explanatory panels located next to the different elements that have been restored.

During the tour you will be seeing different bunkers, pillboxes, trenches and even an observatory (acting now as a magnificent viewpoint where observe the whole region), many accompanied by a series of panels that serve to show the results of a rigorous historical research.

As you go deep into this trip, you discover some of the characteristics of this war that pitted brothers and bled a people, as today represents the worst contemporary conflict taken place in the Iberian Peninsula.
